Shoe Stör operates distribution centers in Canada and the U.S. U.S. and most international orders are shipped from Shoe Stör’s U.S. distribution center and Canadian orders are shipped from Shoe Stör’s distribution center in Toronto.
This means there are cross border duties/charges on US or Canadian orders. Duties on international orders will vary on a country by country basis.

Chances are that it is because you are not ordering from the right site based on your location. If you are outside of the US or Canada (Asia, Europe, Australia, Central America, South America and Africa are all outside of the US and Canada), you should be ordering from Shoe Stör’s international site.
